shimmy : An ancient portal of primordial movement and sacred pleasure that activates, nourishes and honors women's spirituality and sexuality as mothers, daughters, healers, leaders, artists, peace makers, alchemists, and creators.

The shimmy includes connecting with the conscious primordial movements of : circles, spirals, waves, shakes, shimmies, sighs, cries, songs, sounds,moans; laughter, pleasure, stillness, surrender; absorption, assimilation, elimination, shedding, renewing.

shaman : A medium between the visible and invisible spirit world in service to love and healing. A holy person who sees and honors the Sacred that is in all: All Sentient Beings, Seasons, Nature, Ancestors, Life, Death, Rebirth, Shadow, Light, Sensuality, Sexuality, and Spirituality.

In this space, we honor all traditions, expressions, and levels of each other's inner-shaman: indigenous shaman, apprenticed shaman, intuited shaman, the awakening, and awakened shaman.
