WHAT

Shimmy Shaman Circles is a fun, compassionate and sensual approach to women's spirituality, sexuality, healing, awakening,

and Sacred Feminine self-care through:

(1) a safe, sacred container

(2) self-care intentions and rituals

(3) primordial sacred movement*

*Primordial sacred movement is the prayer and

natural expression of the moving "soulbody," sounds,

voices, stories, intentions, transmissions, absorption,

and channeling that activates, nourishes,

and honors the Sacred Feminine--within and with all.

All levels, sizes, shapes, shades, orientations,

compassion-based faiths, and ages of maturity

are welcome.

Global beats of Middle Eastern and non-Middle Eastern,

and classical and very-non-classical, music are uniquely

woven into each circle.
